- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper

- 1/2 tbsp olive oil

- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
ÉTAPES
Scrub the clam shells under running water.
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and slice the garlic thinly.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add clams and cauliflower, stir over medium heat until coated with oil.
Add sake, cover the pan, and steam over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until clams open.
Season with black pepper, mix, and serve garnished with parsley.
