- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 70g shelled broad beans
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sliced red chili
ÉTAPES
Prepare the broad beans by making a small cut, peeling the skin, and microwaving them with 1 tbsp water for 1 minute at 600W. Drain the water. Slice the onion thinly.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the onion and cook until softened.
Add the broad beans and stir until coated with oil. Then add the seasoning ingredients (garlic, sake, mirin, soy sauce, and chili) and mix well.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
