- 200g chicken gizzards
Vegetables
- 1/4 head spring cabbage (200g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Spices
- A pinch of sliced red chili
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper

- 1 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the spring cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core using a toothpick.
Remove the whitish parts from the chicken gizzards by peeling them off. Slice the gizzards diagonally into 5mm thick pieces.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and red chili in a skillet over low heat until fragrant. Add the chicken gizzards and stir-fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes until they change color.
Add the spring cabbage and stir-fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
