- 🐚 200g clams (cleaned and shelled)
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 large potato (about 200g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 chopped red chili
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Condiments
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Peel and cut the potato into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion and chop the garlic and chili.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and chili, sauté until fragrant.
Add the bacon slices and cook until slightly crispy.
Add the potato and onion to the pan. Stir-fry until the potato is tender and golden brown.
Add the clams and cook until they open up, releasing their juices.
Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and serve hot.
