Main Ingredients
- 🐄 200g thinly sliced beef
- 200g komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Beef Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut off the roots of the komatsuna and chop into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic thinly.
In a bowl, mix the beef with the marinade ingredients (sake, soy sauce, and cornstarch) until evenly coated.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the beef and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color.
Add the komatsuna and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper) and mix well.
