ÉTAPES
Slice the boiled octopus leg into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the asparagus and cut into 4–5 cm pieces.
Mince the garlic finely.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
Add the octopus and asparagus to the pan and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper, then serve immediately.
