- 1 bag pea shoots

- 4 slices bacon

- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 1/2 tbsp cooking sake

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Trim the roots off the pea shoots and cut them in half. Slice the garlic thinly and cut the bacon into 1 cm strips.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until the garlic becomes crispy. Remove the garlic from the pan.
Add pea shoots and bacon to the same pan and stir-fry over medium heat. Once softened, add cooking sake and salt and pepper. Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
