INGRÉDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
Protein
- 🐖 4 slices pork loin (80g)
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms (100g)
- 1 green bell pepper (30g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Cut the root off the enoki mushrooms, halve them, and separate by hand. Slice the green bell pepper thinly after removing the stem and seeds.
Season the pork slices with salt and pepper, then cut them into 3cm wide strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add enoki mushrooms and bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry until softened, then add the sauce ingredients and mix well.
Serve the cooked mixture over a bowl of rice.
