- 🍗 4 chicken wings
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bay leaf
- Pinch of chopped parsley
Sauce
- 🍅 1/2 can diced tomatoes
- Pinch of sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
- 💧 100 ml water
ÉTAPES
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with cornstarch.
Prepare the vegetables: cut off the root of shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly and mince the garlic.
Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat. Add minced garlic and bay leaf, cooking until fragrant.
Add chicken wings to the pan and cook over medium heat, turning until browned on all sides. Add shimeji mushrooms and onion, stirring until coated with oil.
Add the sauce ingredients (diced tomatoes, sugar, salt, consomme powder, and water). Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
Serve the braised chicken wings on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
