INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🧄 240g garlic
- 🌰 2/3 cup walnuts
- A pinch of black sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ginger wine
- 5 tbsp oligosaccharide
ÉTAPES
Boil garlic in water for 5 minutes.
Drain the garlic and remove excess water.
Boil walnuts in the garlic water for 3 minutes.
Combine all seasoning ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat.
Add the boiled garlic and walnuts to the pot and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Once the sauce is fully reduced, garnish with sesame seeds or crushed nuts and serve.
