Cut new potatoes into wedges and soak in water. Slice new onion into wedges and crush garlic.

Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over medium heat. Add potatoes skin-side down and fry for 6 minutes until golden. Remove excess oil, add bacon and onion, and sauté until onion is translucent. Season with salt and black pepper.

Transfer mixture to a heatproof dish, top with pizza cheese, and bake in a toaster for 5 minutes until golden. Garnish with parsley.
