INGRÉDIENTS
Dough
- 150g strong flour
- 150g weak flour
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 💧 150cc water
Filling
- 🐖 300g ground pork
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and ginger. Place ground pork, onion, ginger, and all seasoning ingredients into a plastic bag and knead well.
In a bowl, mix all dough ingredients thoroughly.
On a floured surface, knead the dough and roll it into a 30cm circle using a rolling pin.
Place the filling in the center of the dough, shape it, and fold the edges to seal the bun.
Place the bun in a rice cooker, adjust the seam, add 50cc water around the dough, and cook using the quick-cook function.
Open the lid, add 30cc water around the dough, and cook again using the quick-cook function.
