- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Seafood
- 2 pieces (100g) pollock roe
Vegetables
- 2 slices ginger, julienned
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed

Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Julienne the ginger.
In a rice cooker, combine soaked rice, seasonings (sake, salt, soy sauce), and water up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the surface. Place pollock roe and ginger on top.
Cook the rice as usual. Once done, gently break apart the pollock roe and mix into the rice. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
