Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 burdock root (90g), sliced
- 🥬 1/8 cabbage (150g), chopped
- 1 piece grated ginger
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Slice the burdock root thinly at an angle and soak in water. Drain. Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and grate the ginger.
Mix the seasonings (sake, mirin, miso, soy sauce) with grated ginger in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and burdock root, stir-frying until the pork changes color. Cover and steam on low heat for 3–4 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
Add cabbage and stir-fry until softened. Pour in the mixed seasonings and stir quickly to combine.
