Bread
- 🍞 4 slices sandwich bread
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 🥫 Mayonnaise, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌱 1 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the pork over medium heat until the color changes.
Add the onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add the sauce ingredients (sugar, mirin, sake, soy sauce, ginger) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates. Let cool slightly.
Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread, add half of the ginger pork mixture, and top with another slice of bread. Repeat to make two sandwiches. Cut into smaller pieces for serving.
