Noodles
- 2 packs steamed Chinese noodles
Meat
- 120g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly and julienne the bell peppers.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, and grated ginger) in a container to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add pork belly and onion. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the yakisoba noodles to the pan, breaking them apart as you stir-fry. Add the bell peppers.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates and the flavors are absorbed.
