Main Ingredients
- 60g ginseng, 2 roots
- 🍗 150g chicken breast, 1 piece
- 🧅 10cm white part of green onion
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- 2 pieces jujube
- 🍄 2 dried shiitake mushrooms
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- 3 tbsp potato starch
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients.
Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in cold water until softened.
Mix potato starch with double the amount of water, let it settle, and use the sediment starch.
Slice jujube, garlic, green onion, ginseng, and soaked shiitake mushrooms into thin strips. Slice chicken breast into thin pieces.
Mix the sliced ingredients with soy sauce, sugar, salt, sesame oil, and black pepper.
Add the prepared starch and mix well.
Shape into bite-sized portions and steam for 10 minutes.
