- 50g glass noodles
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🥕 a small amount of carrot
- sufficient amount of cooking oil
Seasonings
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- a dash of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the green onion and carrot.
Boil the glass noodles in hot water.
Rinse the noodles in cold water and drain thoroughly.
Place the drained noodles in a bowl and cut them into smaller pieces using scissors.
Add the chopped vegetables, eggs, black pepper, and oyster sauce to the bowl.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and spoon the mixture into round shapes of your desired size.
Cook each side until golden brown.
Transfer to a plate and serve.
