- 30g glass noodles
- 3 sticks imitation crab
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g), julienned
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves (60g), torn
Dressing
- 1/2 tsp ground sesame
- 2 tsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
ÉTAPES
Julienne the cucumber and tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Cut the glass noodles in half using kitchen scissors.
Shred the imitation crab sticks by hand.
Boil water in a pot and cook the glass noodles according to the package instructions. Drain well.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (ground sesame, soy sauce, and mayonnaise). Add the cooked glass noodles, shredded imitation crab, cucumber, and lettuce, then toss to combine.
