INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 2 slices ham
- 2 bell peppers (60g)
- 20g glass noodles
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
Garnish
- Pinch of white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and slice thinly. Cut the glass noodles into manageable lengths using kitchen scissors.
Slice the ham into thin strips after cutting it in half.
Add the seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆) to a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the glass noodles and ham, then simmer over low heat for about 2 minutes until the noodles soften.
Add the bell peppers and heat over medium heat until boiling. Drizzle sesame oil into the soup.
Serve the soup in bowls and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
