Meat
- 🐖 150g minced pork
Noodles
- 50g glass noodles
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 bunch green onions, cut into 5cm pieces
Seasoning
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang (chili bean paste)
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 💧 150cc water
ÉTAPES
Cut green onions into 5cm pieces.
Cut glass noodles into manageable lengths.
Mix all ☆ ingredients in a microwave-safe container.
Add glass noodles to the container, mix, and place minced pork on top. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Add green onions and mix well.
