INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetable
- 1 burdock root (150g), sliced
Meat
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (200g), cut into bite-sized pieces
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
☆ Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 💧 150ml water
- 2 slices ginger
ÉTAPES
Slice the burdock root diagonally into 1cm pieces and soak in water for 3 minutes. Drain well.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until the color changes, then add burdock root and stir-fry together.
Add the ☆ seasonings to the pan and mix. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 12 minutes.
Dissolve miso into the mixture and stir. Simmer further to reduce the liquid, then add white sesame seeds and mix well.
