- 1/2 burdock root, sliced thinly

- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp powdered cheese
ÉTAPES
Slice the burdock root thinly at an angle and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water.
Add vinegar and burdock root to a frying pan and heat.
Once the liquid evaporates, add sake and soy sauce. Continue heating until the liquid evaporates again.
Sprinkle powdered cheese on top and serve.
