INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp plum syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 handful seaweed flakes
ÉTAPES
Heat a frying pan and add a small amount of cooking oil. Fry 2 eggs until the bottom is cooked, then scramble them.
Add 1 cup of cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry with the scrambled eggs over medium heat.
Mix in 1 tbsp of gochujang and 1 tbsp of plum syrup, stirring well to coat the rice evenly.
Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil and stir-fry for a few more seconds.
Mix in a handful of seaweed flakes and combine thoroughly.
Optional: Lower the heat and let the rice crisp slightly for a toasted texture.
