INGRÉDIENTS

- 70g dried pollock
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut dried pollock into bite-sized pieces and remove large bones.
Rinse the pollock under running water and gently squeeze out excess moisture.
Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and stir-fry the pollock until the oil is absorbed.
Place the stir-fried pollock on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing gochujang, chili powder, sugar, minced garlic, plum extract, cooking wine, soy sauce, corn syrup, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Heat the seasoning mixture in a pan over low heat.
Add the stir-fried pollock to the pan once the seasoning starts to boil.
Stir-fry the pollock with the seasoning until well coated, ensuring the sauce doesn't burn.
Add 1 tbsp of mayonnaise and mix well for a creamy texture.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
