Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 cans of 150g canned tuna
- 🧅 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 🥒 1 zucchini, finely chopped
- 🥕 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 🧅 1 onion, finely chopped
- 🥬 6 kale leaves, blanched
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 0.5 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🌰 1 tbsp crushed sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the green onion, zucchini, carrot, and onion.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and stir-fry the carrot and onion first.
Once the onion turns translucent, add the zucchini, green onion, and drained canned tuna.
Add gochujang and stir-fry the mixture for the first round.
Add chili powder and oligosaccharide, then stir-fry over medium heat until the mixture is no longer watery.
Crush sesame seeds and sprinkle them over the mixture. Stir well and finish.
Blanch kale leaves in salted boiling water, rinse in cold water, and squeeze out excess water.
Place rice and a small amount of stir-fried tuna on the back of each kale leaf, fold the sides, and wrap neatly.
