INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 150g pork slices
Vegetables
- 125g goya (bitter melon), sliced
- 1/2 red paprika, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp curry powder
ÉTAPES
Cut the goya in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, and slice into 5mm pieces. Slice the red paprika into 5mm strips. Mince the garlic.
Season the pork slices with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil and minced garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. Once fragrant, add the pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the goya and red paprika to the pan and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
Add the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce, curry powder) and stir-fry briefly to combine.
