- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Cut the goya in half, remove seeds and pith, and slice thinly. Drain the liquid from the tuna can.
Place the sliced goya in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and sugar, massage well, and let sit for 10 minutes. Wipe off the excess moisture.
In a bowl, add cream cheese and microwave at 600W for 20 seconds without covering. Add the goya, tuna, and soy sauce, mix well, and top with katsuobushi to serve.
