INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 2 sausages (40g), sliced diagonally
Vegetables
- 6 green beans, trimmed and sliced
- 50g shimeji mushrooms, separated
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp consommé powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
ÉTAPES
Trim the green beans and slice them diagonally into 3cm pieces. Separate the shimeji mushrooms into smaller clusters.
Slice the sausages diagonally into thirds.
In a pot, combine consommé powder, salt, pepper, and water. Heat over medium heat until boiling. Add shimeji mushrooms and sausages, then simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Increase the heat to medium and bring the soup to a boil again. Add the green beans and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes until tender.
