ÉTAPES
Slice the fish cake thinly and remove the mentaiko from its skin. Place green beans in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Trim the ends and cut into bite-sized lengths.
In a bowl, mix the green beans, fish cake, and the seasoning ingredients (mayonnaise, mentaiko, soy sauce).
