INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🧅 2.3kg cleaned green onions
- 300ml fermented fish sauce
- 50ml anchovy sauce
- 3 tbsp red chili powder
- 500ml frozen red chili
- 3 tbsp plum extract
- 💧 300ml water
- 🧅 160ml purple onion juice
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍎 100ml apple syrup
- 200ml glutinous rice paste
- 🌰 a pinch of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Clean and trim the green onions, removing excess water. Cut them into 5cm lengths and split the white parts in half.
Soak the green onions in a mixture of fish sauce and anchovy sauce for 30 minutes.
Blend all the kimchi seasoning ingredients together, then mix with the soaked green onions. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
