- 🥚 1 egg
- 🌱 50g green peas
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 💧 400ml water

ÉTAPES
Crack the egg into a bowl and mix with grated cheese to create the egg mixture.
Heat a pot over medium heat and add the seasonings (consomme, salt, and water). Bring to a boil.
Add green peas to the pot and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes until cooked.
Increase heat to medium and slowly pour the egg mixture into the pot. Cook until the egg sets, then turn off the heat.
Serve the soup in bowls and sprinkle black pepper on top.
