- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 2 slices ham
- 🌱 50g green peas
- 4 dumpling wrappers
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 💧 400ml water
Garnish
- Pinch of white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut dumpling wrappers into quarters. Slice ham into thin strips about 8mm wide.
Heat a pot with the seasoning ingredients (salt, pepper, soy sauce, chicken broth powder, and water) over medium heat until boiling. Add green peas, ham, and dumpling wrappers, then simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes until the peas are cooked.
Increase heat to medium and slowly pour in the beaten egg while stirring gently. Once the egg is set, turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
