- 1 piece fried tofu (20g)
- 100g green peas
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 100cc water
ÉTAPES
Wrap the fried tofu in a paper towel and lightly wipe off the oil. Cut it in half along the shorter side, then slice into 1cm wide strips.
Bring water and a pinch of salt (not listed in ingredients) to a boil in a pot. Add the green peas and boil for 2 minutes. Drain the water.
Discard the water from the pot and add the seasonings (☆). Mix well. Add the fried tofu and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat, add the green peas, and let cool slightly.
