INGRÉDIENTS
Tofu
- 1 pack (300g) atsuage tofu
Vegetables
- 🧅 50g minced green onion
Seasoning
- 1 pack (4g) katsuobushi
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Wipe off excess oil from the atsuage tofu. Cut it in half lengthwise and make a slit in the center of the cut surface.
Finely chop the green onion. In a bowl, mix the green onion with the seasonings (miso, mirin, sake, soy sauce), then add the katsuobushi to create the green onion miso mixture.
Place the atsuage tofu on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Stuff the green onion miso mixture evenly into the slits of the tofu. Grill in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
