- 1 piece (160g) atsuage
- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna
Condiments
- 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise

- 2 leaves shiso
ÉTAPES
Cut the atsuage into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stems from the shiso leaves and slice them thinly.
In a bowl, mix the drained tuna with mayonnaise until well combined.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and arrange the atsuage pieces. Divide the tuna mayo mixture evenly on top of the atsuage.
Bake in a toaster oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve on a plate and garnish with shiso leaves.
