INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 2 pieces (240g) atsuage
- 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 2 crab sticks
- 2 tbsp pizza cheese
- 20g canned corn
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Pat dry the atsuage with a paper towel. Cut a 1cm border around the edge and scoop out the center with a spoon. Roughly chop the scooped-out portion.
Cut the crab sticks into 1cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix the tuna, crab sticks, canned corn, chopped atsuage, and the seasoning ingredients (mayonnaise and salt & pepper).
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place the atsuage on it. Fill the hollowed-out atsuage with the tuna mayo mixture and top with pizza cheese. Bake in a toaster oven for 7–10 minutes until golden brown.
