ÉTAPES

Arrange the leek and turnip in a heatproof dish, season with salt and pepper, top with shirasu, and drizzle olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
Remove the dish, place an egg in the center, sprinkle grated cheese, and bake for another 10 minutes.
