- 🍗 100g chicken thigh
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
Egg Soboro
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
ÉTAPES
Cut the green onion into three equal parts and slice the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container and heat uncovered at 600W for 30 seconds.
Combine the green onion, bell pepper, and salad oil in a bowl.
Place the chicken, green onion, and bell pepper on a foil-lined tray and toast for 8 minutes.
Remove the bell pepper, brush the chicken and green onion with the sauce, and toast for another 5 minutes.
Mix the egg soboro ingredients in a microwave-safe container, cover lightly with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for 30 seconds. Whisk well and heat for another 30 seconds.
Pack rice into a container, spread the egg soboro on top, add the chicken and green onion, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with bell pepper.
