- 🌽 2 ears of corn (600g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Remove the husks and silk from the corn. Rinse with water and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Wrap the corn in plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Mix the mirin, sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl to create the glaze.
Place the corn in a frying pan over low heat. Brush the glaze onto the corn while turning it to achieve an even golden color.
