INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 curry blocks
- 💧 400ml water
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🧈 30g butter
- A pinch of crushed red pepper
- 🍚 1 serving of cooked rice
Egg Boiling Ingredients
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
ÉTAPES
Boil water with salt, vinegar, and eggs. Use room-temperature eggs to prevent cracking.
Once boiling, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Cool boiled eggs in cold water, peel, and slice the onion.
Melt butter in a pan over low heat.
Sauté sliced onions in butter until golden brown.
Remove onions, clean the pan, and melt more butter to grill the boiled eggs.
Combine grilled eggs and sautéed onions in the pan.
Add water to the pan and bring to a boil.
Add curry blocks and stir to dissolve completely.
Add ketchup and simmer until desired consistency is reached.
Serve rice topped with curry, eggs, and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper.
