Vegetables
- 🍆 2 medium-sized eggplants
- 🥒 1 medium-sized zucchini
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 chopped green chili
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Mix soy sauce, chili powder, sesame oil, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and minced garlic. Add chopped green chili and green onion to create the seasoning sauce.
Slice eggplants and zucchini into medium-thick pieces.
Grill eggplants in a pan over medium heat without oil until both sides are cooked.
Mix half of the seasoning sauce with the grilled eggplants and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Grill zucchini in the same pan without oil until golden brown.
Pat dry the grilled zucchini with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Mix the remaining seasoning sauce with the grilled zucchini and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
