INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 2 sticks garaetteok
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 🧀 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 🧀 Mozzarella cheese as desired
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Boil the frozen garaetteok in hot water briefly and drain. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with a little oil and stir-fry the garaetteok until slightly crispy.
Add 1 tbsp sesame oil to the pan and stir-fry the garaetteok further.
Add 1 tbsp honey and stir-fry until evenly coated.
For the first version, remove half of the garaetteok and add 1 tbsp parmesan cheese to the remaining half.
Optionally, sprinkle parsley on top for garnish.
For the second version, top the removed garaetteok with mozzarella cheese and microwave for 3 minutes.
Serve the completed grilled garaetteok with cheese immediately.
