ÉTAPES
Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and mince finely.
Place sardines in a heatproof dish, sprinkle minced garlic and black pepper over them, and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle parsley on top before serving.
