INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets horse mackerel (140g)
Condiments
- 1 pickled plum
- 4 shiso leaves
- 1 tsp salad oil
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Pat the horse mackerel dry. Mix the seasoning ingredients in a tray and marinate the mackerel for about 5 minutes.
Remove the pit from the pickled plum and chop it roughly. Slice the shiso leaves thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the marinated mackerel over medium-low heat until both sides are browned and cooked through.
Remove the fish from the pan, debone carefully, and flake into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, flaked mackerel, and chopped pickled plum gently. Serve in bowls and garnish with shiso leaves and white sesame seeds.
