Fish
- 280g horse mackerel fillets
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Curry Garlic Mayo
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Cheese Breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Mix all ingredients for Curry Garlic Mayo in a bowl.
Mix all ingredients for Cheese Breadcrumbs in another bowl.
Pat dry the horse mackerel fillets with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange the fillets skin-side down in a heatproof dish, slightly overlapping. Spread Curry Garlic Mayo evenly over the fillets and sprinkle Cheese Breadcrumbs on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
