INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 2 filleted horse mackerels (140g)
Sesame
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Pat the horse mackerel fillets dry.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and ginger) in a tray. Place the fillets skin-side up in the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes. Lightly drain the marinade.
Combine white and black sesame seeds in a separate tray. Coat the fillets evenly with the sesame mixture.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and arrange the fillets. Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.
