- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp plum extract
ÉTAPES
Slice the king oyster mushrooms into thin pieces and grill them in a dry pan until lightly browned.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, red pepper flakes, corn syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, perilla oil, water, sesame seeds, ginger powder, and plum extract in a bowl.
Pour the prepared sauce into a heated pan and bring it to a simmer.
Add the grilled mushrooms to the pan and cook over medium heat until the sauce is fully absorbed.
Plate the mushrooms and garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
