INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet mackerel (140g)
Vegetables
- 100g mizuna
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tsp sake
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍯 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut mizuna and green onion into 3cm pieces.
Pat dry the mackerel with paper towels and cut into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and sake.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Place mackerel skin-side down and cook for 1–2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes until fully cooked.
Mix the sauce ingredients (gochujang, honey, soy sauce) in a bowl. Add the cooked mackerel, mizuna, and green onion, then toss to combine.
