- 🍄 6 button mushrooms
- 100g ground pork
- 🧀 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧅 2 tbsp minced onion
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Remove the stems from the button mushrooms.
Finely chop the mushroom stems and mix them with the ground pork, minced onion, and chopped green onion.
Season the filling with soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, cooking wine, black pepper, and sesame seeds. Mix thoroughly.
Cook the filling in a heated pan until all moisture evaporates. Alternatively, you can bake the filling directly in the oven.
Stuff the cooked filling into the mushroom caps.
Top each stuffed mushroom with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle parsley flakes. Microwave until the cheese melts.
